XP CONNECTIONS

2026 CONFERENCE
October 21st - 23rd, 2026
Knoxville, Tennessee
COUNT DOWN TO XP CONNECTIONS
Welcome to XP (Executive Pastors) Connections

XP Connections Conference is entering its fourth year, and we are anticipating our most impactful gathering yet. Designed specifically for Executive Pastors, this conference brings together leaders from churches of all sizes and regions for a focused and meaningful experience.

More than a traditional conference, XP Connections is a strategic environment where leaders are strengthened, encouraged, and equipped for greater effectiveness in the role God has called them to fulfill. While our sessions are intentional and our content is carefully chosen, the true value of this gathering is found in the people in the room. Each participant brings insight, experience, and practical wisdom—creating a unique opportunity to learn from one another and refine our approach to ministry leadership.

Over the course of three engaging days, you will build meaningful relationships, exchange proven ideas, and gain practical tools you can immediately apply in your ministry. You’ll reconnect with familiar faces, meet new friends, and leave not only encouraged, but better equipped to lead with clarity and purpose. Perhaps most valuable of all, you will leave with a trusted network of peers—leaders you can turn to for counsel, perspective, and solutions long after the conference concludes.

We invite you to join us in the beautiful setting of East Tennessee during the beautiful colors of the fall season. The backdrop of the Smoky Mountains provides both a refreshing environment and a memorable experience. We encourage you to make the most of your time by arriving early or staying a few extra days to enjoy this remarkable time of year.
